Microsoft CEO: Android Tablet Is Not a Threat

Microsoft underestimates the ability of Android. The world’s largest software company was found Google Android is not a competitor to be feared in the market tablet.

In Amazon; E-Book Selling Rate Is Higher Than Printed Book

This new evidence that showing a threat to the digital format printing industry.

Online retailer Amazon.com recently announced that sales of its electronic book far exceed the print book sales.

“The format has been following the Kindle format hardcover book,” said Amazon Chief Executive Jeff Bezos, as quoted from the LATimes.com site. According to Bezos, Amazon’s electronic book sold 80 percent more than the printed book. In fact, according to Bezos, Amazon has been selling hardcover books for 15 years. Meanwhile, sales of electronic books on Amazon were only 33 months. Bezos predicted e-book sales spike occurs due to drastic price cuts player portable e-book, Kindle. Firefox Modified, Dell Launched Web Browser

Dell has launched the web browser Mozilla Firefox versions of virtualization. The browser is designed to keep PC users stay safe while browsing on the internet. Kace Dell Secure Browser, browser name, has been developed jointly with Kace, company management application system. The browser is able to isolate suspicious files while browsing the web and keep it there in the browser, not out into the OS.

“By controlling the process of what is allowed to walk, the browser will not run a program or plug-in without permission,” said Dell spokesman, as quoted from the PC Advisor, Wednesday, July 21, 2010. “This can prevent many attacks before they went into action,” he said.

Browser based on Firefox version 6.3 comes with plug-ins such as Adobe Reader and Flash. He also has the ability to create a list of ‘black’ and ‘white’ from the processes that may be running when users surf the Internet and also create a safe list of sites visited. Four Threats of File Sharing

Technology file sharing is a popular media used by the computer users to exchange or share files with others. Through file sharing peer-to-peer (P2P), computer users can easily share music files, pictures, documents or software programs via the Internet. On the other hand, this technology makes the computer vulnerable to multiple threats, such as the threat of virus infection when downloading files, hacking, or the opening of personal data privacy. It is a wise step if we know the risks faced by computer users when doing file sharing.

1. Infected with mal ware

The files that are shared can contain viruses, spy ware and other malicious programs. A file that looks legitimate (official) could also be an incarnation of a virus pretending to be undercover. If you use P2P applications, it is likely to be difficult to ensure that the source files can be trusted. Be aware that file-sharing applications are often used by attackers (hackers) to send malicious programs. How about the sneak spy ware, viruses, Trojans, or worms into the files? Well, if you’re not careful downloading files, then the computer can be infected.
